Sailytix does not explicitly or implicitly condone using the platform during racing, as any mobile device (not this application) could help competitors communicate with competitors outside of their sailing vessel in contradiction of World Sailing RRS 41. These terms will change when there is an updated application that ensures sailors do not violate this rule.
